Meet the Manager
My name is Kendrick Clayton and I was born and raised here in San Francisco. I know, I know, it’s rare these days. I’ve lived in multiple apartments all over California and moved back to “The City” in 2012. I was in Bank Management for 5+ years but I decided I wanted my career to go in a different direction. I received my California Certified Residential Manager certificate in June 2018, and with that being said I understand sometimes things can be rough financially living in San Francisco and not all renting experiences are positive. As of 01/02/2020 I became the Property Manager at Central Apartments. I strive to constantly learn, keep my tenants informed, be fair, and a bridge between tenants and the owners. I have extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations regarding rent-controlled property here in San Francisco and my office door is always open as long as you wear your mask. 🙂
