We have included our entire rental process here, from start to finish. The application process usually takes (3) business days.
1. Personally view the unit
EACH applicant over 18 years of age residing in the unit must personally view the unit before submitting an application package. Central Apartments does not rent units “sight unseen.”
3. Complete the Application to Rent form
EACH applicant over 18 years of age who will be residing in the unit must complete this form in its entirety. After viewing the unit, you will receive an application via email. You can also download a PDF version below.
2. Provide the Credit Check Processing Fee
EACH applicant over 18 years of age who will be residing in the unit must provide a $40.00 non-refundable credit check and processing fee. Payment methods for this fee may be a personal check or money order made payable to Central Apartments.
4. Provide the Holding Deposit if Applicable
A holding deposit equal to $1,000.00 on to the “Rental Policy Agreement.” This deposit will be applied toward the security deposit upon approval of the completed application package. Payment methods for the holding deposit must be guaranteed funds of payment as a cashier’s check or money order made payable to Central Apartments.
