      Unfortunately, we do not have any one bedroom apartments available for rent at this time. We do have two studio apartments coming up, but I do not know if they will be large enough for you, or if you are even interested in a studio apartment.       I’m going to send you an email containing the same answer to your question that I’m writing below, along with some other information, just in case there is some sort of mix-up with your email.

      We currently have the following vacant studio apartments that are in the process of being turned over (i.e. prepared, for the layperson). One could be rent ready as early as the Friday after next (September 25th), the other won’t be rent ready until the first week of October or so.

      Upcoming Studio Apartment: # 112: $2,195.00/month: Security Deposit: $1,250.00 – $1,500.00: 6 month lease minimum: Approximately 286 sq. ft.
      Featuring old-school marble floors, apartment # 112 will be completely repainted and will come with a gas stove, gas heat, a closet with sliding mirrored doors, new granite counter top in the kitchen and a bathroom with a full bathtub/shower.

      Upcoming Studio Apartment: # 133: $2,195.00/month: Security Deposit: $1,250.00 – $1,500.00: 6 month lease minimum: Approximately 290 sq. ft.
      # 133 is a first floor studio apartment with a granite counter top in the kitchen, a gas stove, a carpeted living space, gas heat, a closet with sliding mirrored doors and a full bathtub/shower.

      Greetings, happy holiday season, and thank you for expressing an interest in renting with us here at 574 3rd St., Central Apartments Miguel.
      To answer your query, the last one bedroom we had available rented for $2,595.00/month, but our upcoming junior one bedroom apartment, # 105, which won’t be rent ready until at the earliest late January 2016 – mid February 2016, will be renting for $2,495.00/month.

    We live near your building and are worried by the drug use, drinking, loud music, yelling, and loitering that some of your tenants engage in on a daily basis behind the building. Do you have any ability to stop this behavior?

    1. Dear Neighbor,

      I am so sorry that the behavior of a select few of our tenants is bothering you. There are probably a few things I, personally, can do about this, but for permanent, lasting change it will have to be a coordinated effort that includes your input regarding dates/times/locations of the behaviors you mentioned above, me and the staff of Central Apartments checking our security camera footage on Ritch St. to confirm, our on-site employee getting involved, as well as possibly calling the police should the activities you mention above be occurring far enough away from Central Apartments.
