Open House! Sat, Apr 13th, 2019: 12 p – 2 p Upcoming studio #’s 123 and 308

Greetings! You (yes, you!) are cordially invited to 574 3rd St – Central Apartments’ OPEN HOUSE on Saturday, April 13th, between the hours of 12 pm – 2 pm. During this open house, we will be showing two currently occupied but upcoming studio apartments that could not possibly be more different in layout and appearance. Details, a few pictures of both of these respective studios, # 123 and # 318, as well as a handy F.A.Q, are below.

Upcoming Studio Apartment w/Storage Loft: # 123: $2,395.00/month: $1,000.00 Security Deposit for Qualified Applicants: Approximatetly 441 sq. ft.

A couple years back, studio apartment # 123 had beautiful hardwood floors installed and they really tie the room together. In addition, our crack maintenance crew remodeled the bathroom in November 2017. Facing West, # 123 receives a copious amount of afternoon-evening natural light. The kitchen has enough space for a small table; combine that with granite tile floors, a granite countertop, a granite passthrough, and the 30’’ stove, and now you’re really cooking with gas! Boasting a closet with sliding mirrored doors and an upstairs storage loft, # 123 is one of the many feathers in our maintenance crew’s cap. Rent ready on or before 05/15/2019.

Upcoming Top-Floor Studio Apartment: # 318: $2,150.00/month: $1,000.00 Security Deposit for Qualified Applicants: Approximately 265 sq. ft.

     # 318 is a top-floor, interior facing studio apartment with a nifty color scheme concocted by a former tenant. # 318 features a closet with sliding mirrored doors, a gas stove, gas heat, a granite countertop, sturdy kitchen cabinetry, a full bathtub/shower, and extra shelving in the bathroom. The current carpet will be replaced during the turnover process, and you can help pick the color of the replacement carpet. Rent ready on or before 05/15/2019.

Originally "The Central Hotel", built by Edward Rolkin in 1907, 574 3rd St: Central Apartments used to consist of 440 small rooms and several storefronts across the first floor, including a large saloon and dining room. Currently family-owned and managed, over the past 44-years Central Apartments has been converted to the thriving multi-family apartment community it is today. Couple constant upgrades and renovations with astute attention to detail and CNT is now a bona fide fixture of the SoMa/South Beach area, a multi-family apartment community that features a total of 102 apartments. From our smallest studios to our two studios with storage lofts to our two junior one-bedrooms to our one-bedrooms to our one two-bedroom, all our apartments are wired for high-speed internet and boast updated plumbing lines and electrical fixtures. Combine that with our usual apartment amenities - granite countertops, hardwood floors (entry, living room, bedroom), granite tile floors (kitchen and bathroom), gas stoves, range hoods, sturdy cabinetry, along with the fact that we include all utilities (excluding internet and cable service) with the monthly rental charge? Located three blocks from Giants Stadium, Chase Center right up the way and practically across the street from the lush oasis of South Park, we boast a perfect 100 Transit Score.
