Viewing Hours are roughly analogous except for the Open Houses on Saturdays, which, if scheduled, are from noon – 2:00 pm
Six-month – 12-month leases
All Security Deposits are $1,000.00, providing applicant(s) have solid credit and residence history.
Yes, we are a RENT CONTROLLED BUILDING! Should you be new to San Francisco, or if you live in the City and don’t know what that entails, please do not hesitate to ask! We were once told by a sage teacher or lawyer that rent control buildings in San Francisco have 200 more pages of rules & regulations than our non-rent control counterparts. I think they may have been underestimating that number.
Coin-operated washers and dryers on-site. There is a public laundromat on the first floor facing 3rd St., and all three floors have auxiliary laundry rooms/laundry closets. These laundry closets are currently being upgraded from the third floor down. Here’s a look at the third-floor laundry closet. The second-floor machines were replaced and upgraded in 2018, and we should have the first-floor machines upgraded at some point in 2019.

ALL utilities, excluding internet, are included in the monthly rental charge
ALL apartments are wired for Webpass, MonkeyBrains (new!), AT&T, Comcast, and Direct TV
Rent ready dates and sq. ft. are estimates and should be treated as such
Vacant and upcoming apartments are designated as non-smoking
Complete applications are processed in the order we receive them. First come, first served
$30.00 fee, for each person on the lease, to run a credit check and background check. No exceptions, even if you have your own credit report. Cash not accepted. Please make payments to “CENTRAL APARTMENTS”
Yes, you can submit an application online! However, we do not rent site/sight unseen, and we need to know which apartment you are interested in renting before sending you a link to our online portal

Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. Or an escalator. No alligators either. No -ators!*
Our on-site employee is a part-time maintenance technician, so you are well covered should a serious maintenance issue arise when our office is closed.
