Central Apartments 2015/2016 Holiday Schedule

Greetings, and happy holiday season dearest tenants, guests, and anyone else who frequents these far too infrequent blog posts!

The ostensible purpose of this post is to inform you of our Holiday schedule over the next week or so, but since it’s the season and all, I just want to let all of you know that none of you, from the most annoying tenant (looking at you {redacted}), to our best tenant (looking at you {redacted}), mean nothing to us. You are our lifeblood, our source of income, our friends (well, some of you), and a constant source of ALL THE EMOTIONS.

Onto the topic at hand, the owner of Central Apartments graciously gives us a half day on Christmas Eve, so at approximately 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. today our office, viewing, and maintenance departments will be closed. We shall return to our usual hours on Monday, December 28th, and work straight through New Year’s Eve on December 31st. In celebration of the new year the office, viewing, and maintenance departments will be closed on January 1st, 2016, and we will be back to the grind on Monday, January 4th, 2016.

  • 12/24/2015: 1/2 day, closed at approximately 1:00 p.m.
  • 12/25/2015: Closed in observation of Christmas
  • 12/28/2015: Back in business!
  • 01/01/2016: Closed in observation of New Year’s Day

Tenants, thank you for everything, and I hope each and everyone of you have a wonderful holiday season. Except {redacted}. Awww, who am I kidding, even {redacted}!

Originally "The Central Hotel", built by Edward Rolkin in 1907, 574 3rd St: Central Apartments used to consist of 440 small rooms and several storefronts across the first floor, including a large saloon and dining room.
